1. Reservations and Payments
1.1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2. Payment for the reservation will be processed in accordance with our booking and cancellation policies.
1.3. To confirm your reservation at our hotel, we kindly require a deposit of 50% of the total room charges. This deposit should be made at least 5-3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
1.4. A refundable incidental deposit is collected at check-in. The incidental deposit amount is $50 USD or $3000 JMD, which serves as a security measure to cover any potential damages or additional charges that may occur during your stay.
1.5. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled prior to departure.
2. Cancellation and Modification
2.1. Cancellation policies vary based on the rate plan and booking channel. Please refer to the specific terms stated during the booking process.
2.2. Modifications to your reservation are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
2.3. No-shows and early departures may be subject to fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.
3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1. Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 12pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
3.2. Guests must present a valid identification document (e.g., passport, ID card) at check-in.
3.3. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay
4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1. Guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and hotel policies during their stay.
4.2. Guests are responsible for the behaviour and actions of any accompanying individuals or visitors.
4.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas may be available.
4.4. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in specific pet-friendly rooms or areas.
4.5. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or third-party services.
5.2. The hotel shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or health-related issues incurred during your stay.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, displayed on our website or premises, are owned by the hotel or respective third parties. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
7.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
